Sophie hails from New York City. She moved to London to train at the Drama Centre, and she subsequently settled here in the UK. Sophie plays the piano and violin, sings, and is an expert medieval sword-fighter and stage combat performer, having worked at Shakespeare’s Globe for many years performing fights there. She is also a writer and producer.
